From September 15 to December 15, 2010, you have an appointment with the flavors of autumn at Casa de Trillo. Take this opportunity to feel the pulse of rural life and enjoy the fruits of this period.

You have two options:

1) "Autumn Gastronomy Package" that includes

? a fall gourmet menu per person bed and breakfast. The price is 100 ? / 2 people in a room or 60 ? / 1 person in single room.

2) But the best option is to enjoy the full range of "Autumn Gourmet Weekend."
In this case include:
Autumn Gourmet menu ? 2 per person bed and breakfast in one of the cottages participating in this promotion (Friday night and Saturday). The price is 180 ? / 2 people in a room or 120 ? / 1 person in single room.
Also this year you can get some direct awards hidden inside the house. You'll receive weekends free, gastronomic packages and menus, to thank your confidence.

Our menus are:
Menu 1
Starters: cheese tasting Galician (Arzúa-Ulloa, Cebreiro, San Simon)
First dish: Creamy Autumn Soup with melon, nuts and small pieces of wheat bread
Second dish: stew of salted sprats (or cod) with cabbage or turnip sprouts and boiled potatoes, onion sauce and pepper to Albariño
Dessert
Fall Treats: Cream crepe filled with threads of honey or homemade apple pie
Drink: D.O. Ribeiro; D.O. Rías Baixas; D.O. Ribeira Sacra. Water
Others
Galician liquors varied: orujo, coffee liqueur, anisette or orujo cream herbs. Coffee, tea

Menu 2
Starters: Snacks scallops corn pie
First dish: Skillet shoots with mushrooms and bacon
Second dish: Celtic Pork with Mencia made slow in the oven
Dessert: Seasonal delights: cheese and walnuts with honey or baked cheesecake
Drink: D.O. Ribeiro; D.O. Rías Baixas; D.O. Ribeira Sacra. Water
Other: Liquor Galician varied: orujo, coffee liqueur, anisette or licor cream herbs. Coffee, tea
