Ingredients

(for four people)
· 4 slices of hake (generous)
· Tomato, onion, parsly, garlic
· Oil
· White wine
· Pepper, sweet paprika and hot paprika (a pinch)
· Potatoes (in slices par-fried)
· Peas, asparagus and canned peppers


Preparation

Pour some oil in a pan or clay dish, add the chopped onion, parsly, garlic, tomato and salt. When this has softened add white wine, pepper and sweet paprika.

Seal the hake in a pan. In the casserole dish that will go into the oven add the previous ingredients, then the potatoes, and finally the hake on top. Drizzle the hake with the sauce, Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.

It is served in the same dish (or individual casserole dishes) garnished with the peas, esparagus and peppers.
