Ingredients

(for eight people)
· 1 can of tuna (500 g)
· 2 boiled eggs
· 3 medium onions
· 4 garlic cloves
· 1 teaspoon of parsly
· 1 ½ of olive oil

PASTRY:
· 600 g wheat flour
· 1 glass of olive oil
· 1 glass of warm water
· 1 glass of milk
· 1 sachet of yeast
· 1 egg
· salt


Preparation

Finely chop the onions and fry in hot oil. Once they have sweated down we add the parsly and garlic (chopped). Once this is ready add the tuna, broken down. Stir to distribute the ingredients for an even filling.

Sprinkle some flour on the baking dish and apply a layer of pastry. Add the previoulsy prepared filling, evenly spread, the boiled eggs in fine slices or broken up and cover with another layer of pastry. Seal the sides with a fork and you may also decorate the top layer with strips of pastry.

Before placing in the oven brush with beaten egg to obtain a shiny golden finish.

PASTRY:
Place the flour on a surface. Make a dip in the middle where you add the oil, milk, yeast that is dissolved in warm water with salt, and the egg. Start working the dough from the centre gradually adding flour from the sides until an even dough is achieved. Once ready, separate into two pieces, (one for each layer)
